Tiny Minds: ABC Balloon Pop is made for young children. Tiny Minds does not collect or store personal information. There are no accounts, no chat and no tracking — only child-safe, non-personalized ads, and all game progress stays on your device. Some Google services used by the app (such as AdMob and Firebase) may process limited technical information as described in their own privacy policies, explained below.
This policy explains how Tiny Minds: ABC Balloon Pop ("the app", "we") handles information. The app is an alphabet-learning game designed for children, published by RevoraSoft, and built to comply with the Google Play Families Policy and children's privacy laws, including COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU).
The app has no registration, no sign-in, no messaging and no data-entry forms directed at children. We never ask for or collect:
The optional profile name and avatar inside the game exist only on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Game progress — stars, coins, unlocked levels, stickers and settings — is saved locally on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers (we don't have any). Uninstalling the app, or using "Reset all progress" in the grown-ups-only Parents Area, permanently erases it.
The app shows ads via Google AdMob, configured for child-directed treatment:
To deliver ads and prevent fraud, Google may process limited technical data (such as IP address and generic device information) as an independent service provider. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses advertising data.
The app downloads its configuration (for example ad limits or maintenance notices) from Google Firebase Remote Config. This service uses a randomly generated app-instance identifier that is not tied to your child's identity and is not used for advertising or profiling. See the Firebase Privacy documentation.
If you choose to rate the app, the standard Google Play review dialog is shown. It is provided and processed entirely by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.
Every link that leads outside the app — other apps, the Play Store, or external pages — is protected by a grown-ups-only maths question, so children cannot leave the app on their own.
The app currently contains no in-app purchases. If purchases are added in a future update, they will be placed behind the parental gate and this policy will be updated beforehand.
The app is designed for children as part of the Google Play Designed for Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since no data is collected, there is nothing for us to delete on request — removing the app removes all locally stored progress. If you believe any data concern exists, contact us and we will respond promptly.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision; meaningful changes will be published on this page before they take effect.
